Here Are Tips To My Daily Skin Care Routine

My daily routines are life! I really believe that these habits are the reason why I feel energetic, do not feel stressed, even though I have 50 records spinning and realize the mega-goals that I have in life and business. In my own journey, I realized the incredibly important role that nutrition plays, How I feel my ability to do sh * t throughout the day, and I know that if you add these habits to your daily Routine, you will also see serious changes!

And I want you to feel the same about your own healthy Routine. But I know the hardest part of a routine set is just starting it. So I wanted to share the day to give you some ideas to build your own perfect healthy Routine.

Here’s a look at my average day:

THE FIRST, IN THE MORNING

First, I wake up and have celery juice on an empty stomach. This gives my body a quick hit of nutrients and causes my digestive system to prepare me for a healthy day.

Then I make a big Cup of coffee with Miss Congeniality and some unsweetened almond milk and sit for at least 10 minutes thinking about the good things in my life.

I like to start the day with this push, because it helps banish fatigue and improve my mood for a good day. Plus, she struggles with Stress-so when I go into a day where there’s a lot going on, I feel more balanced. And I mean, it tastes like creamy Vanilla, so it’s the perfect addition to my morning Cup, without adding sugar or other nastiness to my day

SMOOTHIE FOR BREAKFAST

I love making a Smoothie for my first meal of the day because it’s fast, easy, filling and easy for my body to digest. You can really make your Smoothie with anything you want.. Seriously, this is a great way to action food Waste! Do you have a withered salad in your refrigerator, or a zucchini that will turn? Throw it in the blender!

I also have so many great recipes in my diet plans for you, but one of my favorite smoothie Combos recently was almond milk, spinach (no matter if it’s a little withered!), Banana, peanut butter and Vanilla SPF vegetable protein.

The Last bit is really the Key. A Smoothie is a great way to start the day, but the addition of protein makes it much more useful. For starters, it gives my body fuel to move around in my daily life. In addition, protein helps you stay full longer so you don’t starve at your 10-hour meeting. And our protein powder gives you 20 grams of whole plant protein in a 0 gram Serving of sugar so you can really get ready for your day.

Have you ever had this desire to have lunch for something? How, you’re not even hungry, you’re bored? It kind of consumes you and puts you off the track.

I do def, so I have a little wing woman mix in some water for a little pick me up. It takes the water my body needs (and I know I should drink) and turns it into a fun treat that tastes like berries and Pomegranate! Part of building a daily Routine is listening to your body and knowing what it really needs.

This woman gives me a little Pick-me-up, plus a huge boost of immunity. It contains tons of vitamins C and D, tons of antioxidants, and a host of other health-enhancing ingredients. I feel like I have a small reward and I treated my body at the same time!

POST-TRAINING –

Recovery is my main goal after training, so I always come in My protein and some foam while my body is still warm, making it a priority in my daily Routine.

Stop going through the motions. Slow down and take care of this beautiful body!

30 MINUTES BEFORE BEDTIME

I’ve already talked a lot about my night routine. There is a lot to say to choose from in this part of the day so that you can rest. Sleep helps you feel energized (obv), but it also helps your muscles recover, makes it easier to action health issues in your body and does many other important things for you. So it’s definitely worth making an effort to make sure you’re ready to doze off when your head hits the pillow.
